Mr. J.P. Kelly, LEED AP:

Mr. Kelly is a graduate of Belmont University in Nashville. Tenn., where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Cum Laude, in 1993. Mr. Kelly represents third generation ownership of Triangle Enterprises, Inc. His service at Triangle began as a warehouseman and general laborer and then project manager from 1994-2006, where he had oversight of annual revenues of $20 million annually. He directly managed $5 million annually in construction and was also responsible for new business solicitation, project bidding, materials and labor management, and customer relations. He was also responsible for corporate risk management and implementing a revitalized safety program that has been nationally recognized. Mr. Kelly has extensive experience in industrial and commercial insulation, HVAC, sheet metal, and scaffolding applications within the power, specialty chemical, petrochemical, and pulp and paper industries. He assumed the duties of president of the firm in 2006, and since that time has presided over unprecedented corporate growth.
Mr. Kelly serves on the Board of Directors for Triangle Enterprises and Mid-America Materials, Inc. He also serves on the Collective Bargaining Committee of the Western Kentucky Associated General Contractors, as the Chairman of the Insulator’s Local 37 Joint Apprenticeship Committee, as an advisor to the Sheet Metal Workers Local 110 Apprenticeship Committee, and has successfully participated in negotiations of numerous collective bargaining agreements of several different crafts.
Mr. Jack Brockman, LEED AP:

Mr. Brockman is a 1979 Bachelor of Science degree recipient in Construction Technology from Murray State University and began working at Triangle immediately after graduation. He was instrumental in the startup of the Sheet Metal Division in 1982 and the HVAC Division in 1995. During his tenure he juggled project management responsibilities with oversight of the Sheet Metal and HVAC Divisions. Brockman serves on the board of directors and holds a Kentucky Master HVAC License and a Tennessee Electrical License. He also holds a Mechanical Contractor's License in Tenn. He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the Institute of Supply Management (ISM).
Mr. Kent Buchanan:

Mr. Buchanan is a 1982 graduate with a Mechanical Engineering Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M University. Buchanan started his career as an estimator/engineer with Triangle in 1983. He is largely responsible for the company's ascent into the computer age. In 1985 he computerized the accounting and estimating departments and has since written computer programs to aid project management, material fabrication, equipment tracking and estimate tracking. However, Buchanan's primary contribution has been made through estimates, thermal engineering and project management. He was honored in 2001 with the title of Estimator of the Year by Insulation Inlook Magazine. Buchanan was promoted to V. P. from the Senior Estimator position.
Cathy Crass:

Ms. Crass joined Triangle in 1981 after attending Paducah Community College. She began her career as the telephone receptionist and filing clerk. She continued learning the business working in accounts payable, job costing, and related areas. In 1984, Ms. Crass took on the responsibilities of bookkeeper for the firm, and in 1987, she was named Secretary-Treasurer of the corporation. She assumed the duties of office manager in 2000. Ms. Crass represents second generation ownership of the firm and has served on the Board of Directors since 1982.
