Triangle Sheet Metal Company was formed in 1977. As our power industry business expanded, sheet metal needs necessitated the creation of this division. We offer common, specialty and exotic custom metal fabrication for an ever widening market. Other services include duct fabrication and installation, custom fabrication, and engineering. At Triangle we have the expertise and extensive facilities to make your sheet metal design a reality.
In addition to all the things you would expect from a sheet metal shop such as HVAC ductwork and industrial ventilation products, we also offer plate and shape work in custom and exotic metals with thicknesses up to ½”. Materials stocked in shaped and flat stock include carbon and galvanized steels, aluminum, and 304 and 316 stainless steels. We also work with 317 stainless steel, Hastalloy, Inconnel, AL6XN and many other exotic metals.
Our shop equipment is state-of-the-art and includes: press brakes, rolls, iron workers, a CNC roller and a plasma table. We also have a full, pressurized and climate controlled paint booth for paint and epoxy applications. Our personnel are skilled, trained, experienced and certified. We utilize AutoCad, and we are fully capable of producing “as built” drawings.
We routinely fabricate; process ductwork, HVAC ductwork, lagging, custom steel fabrication, platforms, stacks, equipment guards, siding and flashing, marine doors, dust collection, paper and pulp specialties, and a variety of other custom applications.
